State Reaches Settlement Over ISTEP Problems

Indiana school superintendent Glenda Ritz has reached a three-million dollar settlement with CTB/McGraw-Hill over problems with standardized tests last year.

Thousands of students were kicked offline during their ISTEP exams because CTB's testing servers became overloaded.

The state extended the company's contract for one year but will look for a testing company in 2015.
