A Washington woman received a five-year sentence Monday for her part in the shooting death of 17-year-old Devan Burris back in December. WTHI-TV reports 19-year-old Heaven Berry was ordered to spend two-years behind bars and three years on probation for Assisting a Criminal. Authorities say Berry invited 18-year-old Logan Evans of Washington to stay at her home the night police were searching for him in connection with Burris' murder. Evans later pleaded guilty to a charge of murder and was sentenced to 45-years in prison. Burris was shot following a drug deal that went bad on Oak Grove Road.
