Dickson to Step Down as Chief Justice of Indiana



Brent Dickson has announced he will step down as Chief Justice of Indiana.

He will continue his role as an Associate Justice until mandatory retirement in July 2016 when he turns 75.

Dickson became Chief Justice in May 2012 after serving as Acting Chief Justice after the retirement of Randall Shepard.

The Judicial Nominating Commission will choose the next Chief Justice when it meets August 6th.
