Phase one of a four-million dollar upgrade project at Vincennes Lincoln High School gets underway today. The project includes HVAC work along with improvements to lighting fixtures. As a result, the high school building will be unavailable for the better part of the summer. The school board has been promised the efficiency upgrade will save the school system 290-thousand dollars over a ten-year period. The new system is expected to be completed in time for the start of school in the fall.
