Fleeing Suspect Strikes ISP Patrol Car



No one was injured Thursday evening when a fleeing suspect struck an Indiana State Police patrol car in Greene County.

The trooper was assisting a Greene County Sheriff’s deputy who was attempting to stop a car on State Road 157 near Bloomfield to investigate a reported road rage incident.

However, the driver of the car refused to pull over.

31-year-old James Wallisa of Loogootee is facing preliminary charges of Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon, Reckless Driving, and Possession of Precursors.
Wallisa is being held in the Greene County Jail.
