Man Arrested For Allegedly Threatening To Kill Boehner

An Indiana man is facing charges of threatening to kill Republican House Speaker John Boehner.

Police say Brandon James Thompson of New Castle was upset about a lapse in long-term unemployment benefits.

Long-term jobless aid for more than two-and-a-half million Americans expired last December.
The Senate has approved an extension but it is stalled in the House.

Police say Thompson left threatening messages on Boehner's website and on his wife's cell phone.
