Storms Cause Extensive Damage in Southwest Indiana

Boonville High School is closed today as the cleanup and repairs continue due to part of the school’s roof being
torn off in Friday night’s severe storms.

The storms produced straight-line winds of up to 120 miles an hour that raced across Vanderburgh and Warrick

Counties.

Meanwhile, Vectren continues efforts to restore power to customers who lost electricity during the storm.
