The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office says a four-year-old rural Raglesville girl died Saturday afternoon after being run over by a skid-steer loader. The sheriff’s office says Regina Wittmer died from massive head trauma at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Authorities say the girl's father was operating the equipment when he stopped it to place the girl and her two-year-old brother in the cab. After placing the boy there, an accidentally pushed lever caused the loader to move forward and run over the girl. The accident happened on the family's property near Raglesville.
