Welcome Back Weekend is May 2-4

Indiana State Parks will be celebrating Welcome Back Weekend May 2-4.

In this area, the Shakamak State Park will host a “Hound Hike” and there will be a Walking-Stick Workshop at Patoka Lake.

Other events scheduled for the weekend include a Morel Mushroom Festival at the Brown County State Park, A WW1 weekend at Fort Harrison State Park, Geocaching at Harmonie State Park and a Wild Flower and Fern Program at Ouabache State Park.
