South Knox School Board Approves Capital Projects

The South Knox School Board voted Monday to approve 112-thousand dollars in capital projects to be undertaken over the summer.

The projects include the replacement of 80 computers in labs at South Knox Elementary and South Knox Middle-High Schools.

South Knox will also switch from cable internet to wireless and transition to voice over internet phone service.

Another project is the replacement of a retaining wall at the administration building.

The work is scheduled to be completed by the time students return in the fall.
