An Indiana National Guardsman is facing federal charges after several explosives were found in his vehicle in Ohio last year. 43-year-old Andrew Boguslawski of Moores Hill, Indiana now faces federal charges of illegal possession of destructive devices. The complaint was filed in US District Court in Columbus, Ohio. U.S. Federal Court spokesman Fred Alverson says Boguslawski waived his preliminary and detention hearings set for Wednesday. The next step will be to present his case to a federal grand jury for possible indictment. The government has 30 days to present the case. Boguslawski will remain in custody.
