Authorities say a Martinsville, Indiana man was shot once in the head before his body was loaded into a coal car that went to the Alcoa Plant in Warrick County. The Warrick County prosecutor has filed murder charges against two men and a woman in the death of 35-year-old Joseph Nelson. His body was found February 17th by workers in the coal-handling system of the power plant at Alcoa's Warrick Operations just east of Evansville. The Evansville Courier & Press reports the woman told investigators she was at an Evansville motel early that morning when Nelson made her uncomfortable and she called the other men. Court documents say they all drove to a rural site in Warrick County where Nelson was shot.
