Graco is recalling nearly 3-point-eight million car safety seats because kids can be trapped in them. A notice from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the company is refusing to recall seven other models. The NHTSA will continue to investigate the SnugRide infant seats and may even go to court if they decide a recall is warranted. The buckles on the seats in question may not unlatch, making it difficult to remove a child in case of a crash or other emergency. Graco says it will replace the buckles in the eleven models sold from 2009 to 2013 free of charge. For more information, click here.
