Indiana Flu Deaths Rise to 37

At least seven more people have died in Indiana from flu-related illnesses.

The Indiana State Department of Health reports the state has had a total of 37 deaths so far, 10 fewer than the same time last year.

Health officials say nearly two-thirds of this season‘s deaths have been between the ages of 25 and 64.

Marion and St. Joseph Counties are the only counties in the state with more than five or more flu deaths.
