Indiana Conservation Officers arrested three People Wednesday night for Attempted Burglary and Fleeing Law Enforcement while patrolling southern Brown County.
A conservation officer spotted some people at the back of a shed of a property he was familiar with.
When he pulled into the driveway, they ran into the woods behind the property.
The officer caught one of the subjects.
With the help of Indiana State Police and the Brown County Sheriff’s Department, the two others were also caught.
Authorities say all three were using a pry bar to remove wood planks to break into the shed.
22-year-old Robert Jones-Isabell of Freetown, 21-year-old Jordan-Michael Popplewell of Morgantown, and 20-year-old Heather Caplinger of Freetown were booked into the Brown County Jail on charges of Attempted Burglary, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespass, and Fleeing Law Enforcement.
