Governor Pence's Request for Low Interest SBA Disaster Loans Approved
Governor Pence’s request for low interest federal disaster loans for Daviess and 18 other counties has been approved by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
As a result, federal disaster loans will be available to citizens, businesses and certain non-profit organizations in those counties as a result of damage from severe weather on November 17th.
Disaster Loan Outreach Centers will be established in Daviess, Fountain, and Howard counties, which were the primary counties requested.
Other counties that are eligible because they are contiguous include Dubois, Greene, Knox, Martin, and Pike.
Applications can be accepted at the centers or online.
Loan center locations and hours will be announced at a later date.
