A Winslow Man is accused of preparing false safety training certificates for coal hauling truck drivers. The charge against 66-year-old Oril Dent follows an investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration. Dent operated an underground and surface coal mine safety training business between 2011 and 2012. Federal officials say Dent allegedly signed and sold federally required annual hazard training certificates to coal hauling truck drivers without actually providing any training. Dent faces a maximum of five-years in prison and a 250-thousand dollar fine.
