Vincennes Arrests



Vincennes Police arrested a Washington man on drug charges Tuesday evening while investigating a report of an argument between a man and woman in the parking lot of Pawn-It at 6th and Kessinger.

During their investigation, officers discovered 36-year-old Joshalin Russell of Washington was in possession of a syringe  that tested positive for meth.

Police arrested Russell on preliminary charges of Possession of Meth, Possession of a Syringe, and Reckless Possession of Paraphernalia.
Vincennes Police arrested a Vincennes woman on drug charges early this morning following a traffic stop at 7th and Harrison.

41-year-old Anissa Smith is facing preliminary charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Vincennes Police arrested a Vincennes man for Trespassing Tuesday afternoon.

Police arrested 55-year-old Terry Morse at Wal-Mart which had a no trespass order against him in connection with a prior theft from the store.
