GSH records a successful CF walk

(Vincennes, IN)  --  Good Samaritan Hospital recorded a successful walk to combat cystic fibrosis.  The final numbers showed the walkers raised over 23-thousand dollars to battle the condition.
The top fund raiser was Team TNT; they raised over eleven-thousand dollars for the cause.  Second place was Team Addie, Kylen, Kaitlyn and Anthony; they raised over six-thousand dollars.  Other teams raising funds included Team Kohl, Team Jacob, and the Good Samaritan Hospital Team.  Other funds were raised through an auction, and a T-shirt design contest.
Cystic Fibrosis occurs in one out of every 35-hundred live births in America; around a thousand new cases of C-F are diagnosed each year.  More information about C-F, or the 2014 C-F walk, is available by calling 885-3215.
