Good Samaritan Hospital officials yesterday marked the final steel beam being placed atop the Gibault Memorial building. A ceremony to mark the event was held at the Hospital's Eva Hill Auditorium. Hospital President Rob McLin says now that the structure's skeleton is finished, crews can start enclosing it. Over 19-hundred people signed the final beam that went up Thursday. The Gibault Memorial Building is set for completion by the middle of 2015. The entire BEACON project will be completed by the end of 2016.
