Indiana Guardsman Faces Explosives Charge in Ohio
An Indiana National Guardsman is scheduled to appear in a central Ohio courtroom today on an explosives charge.
Following a traffic stop on I-70 near Columbus late New Year's Day, the Ohio Highway Patrol found 48 explosives, four guns and a remote detonation device in the vehicle of 43-year-old Andrew Scott Boguslawski.
The Indiana National Guard says he has been trained in military intelligence and worked at a training center near Butlerville, Indiana.
Boguslawski went into the Guard's medical discharge unit in November.
