* TIMING...RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW THIS AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL
  TAPER OFF STARTING AROUND SUNSET.

* AMOUNTS...TOTAL SNOWFALL FROM 4 TO 9 INCHES IS LIKELY. ISOLATED
  LOCATIONS MAY GET 10 INCHES OR MORE.

* IMPACTS...VERY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL BE LIKELY.
  GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS MAY RESULT IN BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF
  SNOW THIS AFTERNOON.

* WIND CHILL...TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...WIND CHILL
  TEMPERATURES WILL BE AS LOW AS 15 TO 30 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

FOOD...AND WATER IN YOUR VEHICLE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THE COMBINATION OF VERY COLD AIR AND
STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE WIND CHILL VALUES OF 25 BELOW ZERO OR
COLDER. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROSTBITE IN 15 MINUTES OR LESS IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
PROLONGED EXPOSURE MAY LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA OR DEATH.
