TUESDAY...

.A SIGNIFICANT WINTER STORM WILL CONTINUE AS LOW PRESSURE TRACKS
ACROSS INTO OHIO VALLEY.

SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON...WITH A
DIMINISHING TREND LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING. ACROSS
SOUTHEASTERN SECTIONS OF CENTRAL INDIANA...RAIN WILL CHANGE TO
SNOW THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN DIMINISH THIS EVENING.

SNOWFALL TOTALS IN THE WARNING AREA WILL EXCEED 6 INCHES WITH SOME
AREAS RECEIVING OVER 12 INCHES. FAR SOUTHEAST SECTIONS OF CENTRAL
INDIANA WILL SEE LESS THAN 6 INCHES.

BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL BECOME A PROBLEM THIS EVENING AS
WINDS INCREASE. WITH SNOW ON POWER LINES...THE WIND MAY CAUSE SOME
POWER LINES TO FALL.

THE COMBINATION OF VERY COLD TEMPERATURES AND STRONG WINDS MAY
PRODUCE WIND CHILLS OF 25 TO 45 BELOW FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
TUESDAY.
