Noise Complaint Lands Loogootee Man in Jail on Drug Charges
A Loogootee man is facing multiple drug charges following a weekend disturbance in Loogootee.
The owner of Greenwich Antiques on East Broadway contacted an off duty Indiana State Trooper Saturday concerning loud music and the shouting of obscenities by tenants who lived above the store.
The store closed early because of the behavior.
On Monday morning, Indiana State, Martin County and Loogootee Police went to speak to tenants of the two apartments above the store.
25-year-old Gregory Isaacs allowed police in his apartment where they spotted drug paraphernalia in open view.
After obtaining a search warrant, police found methamphetamine and marijuana.
Police arrested Isaacs for Possession of Methamphetamine, Marijuana and Paraphernalia and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
