Winter Storm - Petersburg



The National Weather Service says the first major winter storm of the season is expected to drop 6 to 10 inches of new snow today in the Petersburg area.

Many schools are closed today due to the weather.

Streets and roads snow covered, slick and hazardous.

After the snow ends tonight, the temperature will drop to 10 above.

The wind chill will be around -2.
