Buskirk to Plead Guilty to All Counts in Katelyn Wolfe Murder
One of two men charged with the murder of Katelyn Wolfe in Greene County reportedly will plead guilty to all counts against him.
The Greene County Daily World reports that as part of a negotiated plea agreement, 26-year-old Jordan Buskirk will plead guilty to charges of Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Rape and Criminal Confinement.
A change of plea hearing is set for December 3rd.
The Daily World reports if the court accepts the agreement, Buskirk faces a sentence of 51 to 85 years in prison.
As part of the plea agreement, Buskirk agrees to testify at the trial of co-defendant 25-year-old Randal Crosley.
Wolfe's body was found in a lake earlier this year a few days after she was reported missing by her family in Linton.
