Caver Died from Cardiac Arrest

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources says autopsy results show a Brownsburg man died from cardiac arrest Saturday evening while caving near Corydon.

49-year-old Timothy McClain died while caving with seven others in the Blowing Hole Cave in Harrison County.

He was nearly two-miles into the cave at the time.

Attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.

Authorities say McClain had explored the treacherous cave many times before.
