BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) - Kevin "Yogi" Ferrell scored 24 points and freshman Noah Vonleh had his fourth straight double-double Sunday to help Indiana pull away from Stony Brook 90-74.
Ferrell turned up the tempo in the second half as the Hoosiers finally got in a little rhythm in yet another foul-plagued game. Vonleh had 18 points and 15 rebounds - producing the most consecutive double-doubles for a Hoosier since D.J. White in 2007-08.
Indiana opened the second half on a 12-6 run, extending a six-point halftime lead to 53-41 with 15:23 to play and sealed the win with a late 12-4 spurt.
