Plea Deal Made in Murder Case
A Poseyville man who shot and killed a Gibson County, Indiana woman in a White County, Illinois corn field back in August has entered into a plea agreement that would send him to prison for 60-years without the possibility of parole.
25-year-old Thomas Davidson pleaded guilty to a single count of murder Wednesday as part of the plea agreement.
Several other charges were dismissed.
Davidson shot and killed Sanda Burkhardt in August after he allegedly kidnapped her from her home, stole her car, and went on a multi county crime spree.
