State Police arrested a Vincennes man Wednesday evening for driving under the influence of drugs on a moped with his 11-year-old son as a passenger. Police say 46-year-old Karl Tislow could barely stay awake during the traffic stop. Authorities say Tislow was under the influence of anti-anxiety medication, marijuana and opiates. Tislow is facing a preliminary charge of Driving While Intoxicated with a Passenger Less than 18. Tislow's son was released to a family member.
