(Vincennes, IN) -- Work continues at the U.S. 41 Industrial park to have Farbest open on time. Knox County Council president Steve Thais said the infrastructure for the sewer is coming along as scheduled.
Thais said it's a big employment opportunity for residents of Knox and surrounding counties.
Farbest's partner JFS milling is also ramping up operations. The Bruceville location on State Road 67 is currently accepting grain and Thais said that in itself is a great opportunity...
Farbest has been holding job fairs recently in Knox and surrounding counties to begin building up their workforce. If all goes according to plan, the plant is looking at a December opening.
