Stutzman Punished for Vote

The House Republican leadership has removed Indiana Congressman Marlin Stutzman from his position as an assistant whip.

Stutzman's office says the Congressman expected that--after he opposed the GOP leadership's position on the farm bill.

He wanted a separate vote on funding for the Food Stamp Program.

The House eventually did just that, with 61 Republicans, including Stutzman, joining the Democrats in that vote.
