Judge Rules State's Right to Work Law Unconstitutional

Indiana's right-to-work law is unconstitutional.

At least that's the ruling of a Lake County Superior Court judge who says the law forces unions to provide benefits to non-members without just compensation.

The measure enacted last year by former Governor Mitch Daniels made it a crime to require workers to pay fees to a union to get or keep a job.

State Attorney General Greg Zoeller says he will appeal the ruling.
