Out-of-County Jury to Hear Trials of Both Men Charged in Katelyn Wolfe Murder

A jury from another county will be seated for the trial of two Greene County Indiana men accused of killing a 19-year-old Linton woman and dumping her body in a remote lake.

The Greene County "Daily World" reports Judge Dena Martin denied a motion for a change of venue in the case of 25-year old Jordan Buskirk of Jasonville.

But the judge did issue an order that a jury in the case should be selected from a different county than Greene.

Judge Martin issued a similar ruling last month in the murder trial of the second suspect in the case, 26-year-old Randal Crosley of Linton.

The two men face charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit rape and criminal confinement in the death of 19-year-old Katelyn Wolfe.
