Out-of-County Jury to Hear Greene Co. Murder Trial
A jury from another county will be seated for the trial of one of two Greene County Indiana men accused of killing a 19-year-old Linton woman and dumping her body in a remote lake.
Randal Crosley's public defender and a prosecutor told a judge Friday they've agreed his case can remain in Greene County, but a jury from another county should be selected.
The 26-year-old Linton man and 25-year-old Jordan Buskirk of Jasonville face charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit rape and criminal confinement in the death of 19-year-old Katelyn Wolfe.
Public Defender Alan Baughman had filed a motion seeking a change of venue in the case.
Greene Superior Court Judge Dena Martin denied the motion Friday.
