One Killed, Four Injured in Greene Co. Accident

Authorities say alcohol was a factor in a Greene County accident in which one teenager was killed and four others were injured.

The one-vehicle accident happened late Wednesday night on State Road 43 in eastern Greene County.

The Greene County Sheriff's Department says 18-year-old Timothy Cissna of Solsberry passed a car at a high rate of speed, overcorrected, and lost control of his pick-up truck.

The truck rolled over several times before coming to a rest against a tree.

No one was wearing a seatbelt.

Cissna and his four passengers were thrown out of the vehicle.

Cissna was killed in the accident.

Four passengers were injured.

18-year-old Shelby Kleindorfer of Unionville was airlifted to I-U Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

18-year-old Ashley Miller of Bloomington, 18-year-old Dylan Corbin and 18-year-old Justin Robertson, both of Solsberry, were taken by ambulance to IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
