Snake Boom at Wabash Trails Park



Knox County Parks officials say the snake population is booming at Wabash Trails Park.

They say a wet spring may be responsible for the increasing numbers.

Parks Superintendent Rama Sobhani says here's what you need to do if you encounter one of the park's reptilian inhabitants…



Sobhani reminds hikers that non-poisonous snakes can also bite you if you aren't careful.
