Lanes to be Restricted on State Road 37 in Bedford
The Indiana Department of Transportation is advising motorists to be aware of temporary lane restrictions on State Road 37 in Bedford.
Beginning Monday, April 15th, crews will be spot paving along the highway.
Work will begin in the north bound lanes of S.R. 37 at the intersection of U.S. 50 (16th Street).
Crews will mill and pave one lane at a time, always leaving one lane open for traffic.
Work at the 16th Street intersection is expected to be complete on Monday, April 15th, weather permitting.
On Tuesday, April 16th, crews will then mill the intersection of John Williams Boulevard and S.R. 58 (5th Street).
Paving will take place at these intersections on Wednesday, April 17th.
Crews will maintain one lane open to traffic at all times.
Work activities are scheduled to take place between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. each day.
Inclement weather will cancel the work operation for the day.
