Governor Mike Pence is getting a tepid response from local leaders in his push for a 10% cut in Indiana's income tax.

Members of the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns applauded Pence's Statehouse speech Tuesday when he talked about economic development and technology training.

But when he turned to the tax cut, only one person clapped.

Local officials say the money would be better spent on much-needed road repairs.
