Indiana State Police have solved a 30-year old murder case.

34-year old Indiana State Prison inmate Johnny Hodge was killed in his cell in 1983.

State Troopers uncovered information that led to the arrest of 52-year old Paul Stucker of Scottsburg in Louisiana Tuesday morning.

Police say Stucker was an inmate at the prison at the same time Hodge was murdered.

Stucker is awaiting extradition to Indiana.
