The Edwardsport Town Marshall arrested a Bloomington woman Saturday night after finding her intoxicated, not wearing pants and carrying her one-year-old baby.

Alesia Rogers was arrested about two blocks from the home where she had been staying.

Police were called to the house after she attacked her mother, Kimberly Hope Rogers, who had been caring for the child before Alisha left with him.

Alesia Rogers was arrested for Neglect of a Dependent, Public Intoxication and Battery.
