Indiana State Police say a missing Evansville woman has been found safe and sound in a Louisville suburb.

Shively, Kentucky Police found 28-year-old Ashley Alyson Moore's car Thursday afternoon in a local motel parking lot.

Later that evening, Louisville Police found Moore in Louisville.

She was safe and voluntarily with a male friend.

Moore was reported missing by her mother February 16th after not hearing from her since February 11th.

Indiana authorities say Louisville Metro Police were instrumental in locating Moore.
