Vincennes' Samaritan Center outscored the state average in nearly all categories in recent patient perception surveys.

Both surveys compared Samaritan Center to 24 other mental health agencies in the state of Indiana.

The two surveys posed questions on the performance of the Samaritan Center in dealing with the mental health needs of adults and children.

John Manning, Vice President of Behavioral Health for Good Samaritan Hospital, says the results of the surveys are evidence the Samaritan Center is large enough to meet the needs of the community, yet small enough to respond.
