State Police say an Odon man was seriously injured Wednesday night in a one-vehicle accident at the 79 mile marker on Interstate 69 in Daviess County.

Police say 66-year-old Stephen Lagenour was northbound when the left rear tire of his pick-up truck separated from the wheel.

Lagenour lost control and the truck hit an embankment, spun around, and hit the embankment again.

Lagenour was taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville.

Police say Lagenour was wearing his seatbelt and that his truck was a total loss.
