A Pike Circuit Court Judge sentenced two Petersburg residents last week after they pled guilty to Disseminating Material harmful to Minors.

34-year-old Connie Craig and 40-year-old Russell Whiteside admitted to engaging in lewd sexual acts last summer in a location where two minor children could see or hear their activities.

As part of a negotiated plea agreement, each was sentenced to 545 days and given credit for time served.

The remainder of the sentence was suspended to probation.

The pair will also be required to perform community service.
