It has been very cold in Indiana, but you can expect a roller coaster ride this coming week.National Weather Service Meteorologist Chad Swain says a warming trend starting this weekend will continue Monday and Tuesday with temperatures hitting near 60 Tuesday.
He says we should expect some rain, possibly thunderstorms.
However, Swain says a cold front is right behind that and it means temperatures will cool down again Wednesday and really drop again into the teens and 20's on Thursday and Friday.
Swain says the below normal temperatures will hang around beyond next week.
Swain says there's nothing especially unusual about the weather pattern.
It's winter in Indiana.
