Four members of Murray State University's women's track team were injured Friday morning when their bus rolled over on icy Interstate 69 in Pike County.

A Murray State spokeswoman says the team was traveling in two minibuses to a meet at Indiana University in Bloomington Friday morning when one of the buses hit a patch of ice and turned on its side.

She says four students had minor injuries and two were taken to Jasper Memorial Hospital.

Murray State officials say the team still plans to participate in the IU Relays Friday and Saturday.

The bus was carrying nine members of the track team.
