Indiana State Police arrested an Evansville man Thursday morning for leaving the scene of an accident on US 50 in Daviess County.

Police say 29-year-old Ashley Roach of Loogootee was driving westbound on US 50 near County Road 450 East when her car was struck from behind.

After the crash the other driver 39-year-old Brian  Jordan of Evansville, continued westbound on US 50.

A short time later, a Knox County Deputy spotted Jordan's car in Wheatland.

Jordan was also arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Driving While Suspended.
