Vincennes Police arrested two men Friday afternoon in connection with a purse snatching in the Wal-Mart Parking lot.

Police were also able to clear additional theft and purse snatching incidents over the past few weeks.

40-year-old Aaron Hungerford of Bicknell and 21-year-old Nicholas Anthis of Vincennes were arrested for Theft and Robbery.

Both are being held under $10,000 bond in the Knox County jail.

60-year-old Vicky McFarland told police she was robbed of her wallet by two hooded men while loading groceries in her car.

Mcfarland described the men and their vehicle to a police officer who was already at Wal-Mart on a unrelated matter.

Police located the suspect's car at 15th and Main.

A wallet, checks, and personal effects belonging to McFarland were found in the vehicle.
