Holiday World & Splashin' Safari has named a new President and Chief Executive Officer.

Matt Eckert has been with the Santa Claus-based amusement park since 2000 when be was hired as park controller.

Eckert takes over from Dan Koch, who became president following his brother Will's death in 2010.
